DarkGPT is an early-access workspace for thinking, coding, and learning. These terms explain the boundaries of that access.
Your account
Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and do not share access or bypass invite codes, rate limits, or plan limits. You are responsible for activity under your account. One guest answer is available per IP in a rolling 24-hour period; people sharing a network may share this limit. Repeated unsafe requests may trigger a 24-hour chat pause or suspension pending review. We may also suspend access to protect the service, others, or comply with law.
What you send
Submit only text, code, images, and files you have the right to use. You keep rights to your input and allow us and our AI provider to process it to operate requested features and keep the service safe. Do not use DarkGPT to violate rights, compromise systems without permission, distribute malware, or produce unlawful content.
AI output
Answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Check code, facts, and security advice before relying on them. You decide how to use generated output and remain responsible for your decisions. Lucifer labels describe product modes; underlying models and availability may change.
Plans and availability
Anubis, Legion, and Sparta are priced in USD. Card and eligible wallet payments through Stripe are monthly subscriptions, renewed until canceled in the account menu. Crypto through NOWPayments is a separate one-time purchase for 30 days of access, with manual renewal; it does not automatically renew. The checkout page confirms the amount before payment. Paid access begins only when our server verifies a successful provider notification. Existing preview access is separate from a paid plan. Plan features and limits are shown in the workspace and may change with notice.
