You can send one guest preview per IP every 24 hours. A preview may show part of an answer. Guest previews do not use live web search. Sign in to save conversations and use account tools.

Open chat and choose Login, then Register. Enter your email, password and confirmation. Follow the verification email before signing in. Use an address you can access.

Check spam and other inbox folders. Open Login, enter the account email and request another verification email. Use the most recent message.

Open Login → Forgot password. Enter the email used for the account and follow the reset link from your inbox. Choose a new password and sign in again. Never share the reset link or password in a public support report.

The login screen offers Continue with Google when it is configured. Use the correct Google account. If sign-in fails, return to Login and use the sign-in method already linked to your account.

Open Settings → Manage cookies. Essential cookies support the service. Optional analytics can be enabled or disabled in cookie preferences.

Library stores supported files for reuse in chat. Projects group conversations and can have shared instructions. Use Library for a document you want to revisit and a project for an ongoing piece of work.

Use the formats accepted by the chat attachment picker, including supported text/code files and PNG, JPEG or WebP images. Files per message and combined upload size depend on the plan. Image analysis is supported; image generation is not available.

Eligible signed-in chat can search the web for suitable current-information questions and show sources. Guest previews do not use live web search. A separate Deep research mode is not available. Check important claims against the cited sources.

Anyone with the shared link can read its snapshot. Sharing does not automatically include future messages. Review the content before sharing and revoke a link when you no longer need it.

Some requests for harmful instructions are routed into an educational or protective response. A paid membership does not switch safeguards off. If a legitimate task was misunderstood, clarify its actual purpose and authorized scope.

The Pricing page reads the same plan catalogue used by the workspace. Review the current membership, credits and upload limits there. Your account Usage view shows the remaining balance.

Wallet availability depends on the device, browser and configured wallet, as well as checkout eligibility. Use a supported browser with an eligible wallet or choose card payment.

Allow the payment provider to finish processing, then return to chat and refresh your account. Crypto can also require network confirmations. If the issue continues, keep the transaction reference and contact support; do not send card details, wallet keys or account passwords.

Sign in and open Settings → View plans → Manage subscription. The available subscription actions are shown in the Stripe billing portal.
